Rentals available include: Weekend/Weekday $130/night $10/person additional over 6 guests, limit 8 Weekly $800 based on 7 nights (save $110 over nightly rate) Monthly $2200 (save $1700 over nightly rate)
All Rentals ADD: Required Taxes; $50-$100 Cleaning Fee; $350 refundable security deposit

Terms 50% plus separate check (unless paying by credit card, then charged with 50%) of $350 due at time of reservation. Remainder due upon arrival.
No Refunds will be issued within 14 days of reserved arrival date, or after arrival.
